What this site is

We run a job board that brings vacancies from many different sources into one searchable place. Instead of checking dozens of company career pages and recruitment agency sites, you search once and see roles from all of them side by side.

Where the listings come from

Vacancies reach us in two ways:

  • Directly from employers and recruiters who create an account and post a role themselves. These listings are managed by the hiring side and updated by them.

  • From partner job feeds, which are licensed data streams supplied by recruitment networks and applicant tracking systems. We import these automatically several times a day.

Every listing shows where it came from, and applying always takes you to the employer or the agency handling the role. We are not the hiring party and we never charge a candidate to apply.

How we keep the board clean

Aggregated job data is messy by nature: the same role is often published through several channels with slightly different wording. We do a few things about that:

  • Duplicate clustering. Near-identical postings for the same role at the same employer are grouped, and only one version is shown and indexed.

  • Expiry rules. Listings are removed once the employer closes them, and imported roles are retired automatically after their advertised window ends, so you are not applying into a dead vacancy.

  • Structured enrichment. We parse each listing to pull out salary, contract type, location, seniority and required skills, so filters and comparisons actually work across sources that format things differently.

Where we use AI, and where we do not

We use AI to summarise and structure listings — for example to produce a short role snapshot, normalise a job title, or extract the skills a posting asks for. AI is also used to score how well your profile matches a role.

AI never writes the vacancy itself. The description you read is the employer's or the feed provider's text. Where a listing has not yet been processed, we prefer to show less rather than guess.

What we ask of employers

Employers who post directly agree to advertise real, currently open positions, to state pay and location honestly, and not to use listings to harvest CVs for roles that do not exist. If you spot a listing that breaks that, tell us through the contact page and we will investigate and remove it if warranted.

How we make money

Employers pay to post and promote vacancies, and to access recruitment features. Some pages carry advertising. Jobseeker search, alerts and applications are free, and paid employer placement never changes how a role is ranked for relevance in your search results — promoted listings are labelled.
