## What You'll Do

- Build relationships with customers and help them find the right vehicle
- Respond quickly to internet, phone, and showroom opportunities
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features and benefits
- Conduct professional test drives
- Follow up consistently with prospects and previous customers
- Work with management to structure deals and overcome objections
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity
- Ask for the sale and confidently move customers through the buying process
- Build repeat and referral business
- Maintain strong product knowledge
- Represent Nissan of Hendersonville professionally in every customer interaction
