About the Role
Are you passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences? Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for solving problems? We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to support our team (9-month full-time contract).
Things you will do:
- Administer and manage employee records, contracts, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, equipment coordination, and access management.
- Process and manage employee changes, such as role changes, leaves of absence, and terminations, in HR systems.
- Collaborate with payroll and total rewards to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing clear and timely communication.
- Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.
- Assist with compliance-related tasks, including audits and reporting.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement within HR operations.
What you already bring to the table:
- Proven experience in an HR Admin, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations role. Ideally, within a fast-paced technology company.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (HiBob desirable).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices (global experience is a plus).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
