  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of pressure vessels, storage tanks, piping systems, and mechanical components to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Perform welding inspections in accordance with CSWIP 3.2 standards, including visual inspections, dimensional checks, and defect identification.
  • Conduct in-service inspection, assessment, and certification of pressure vessels (API 510) and storage tanks (API 653).
  • Review fabrication, erection, and maintenance procedures for compliance with engineering drawings and standards.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC teams, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of inspection issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior inspectors to enhance inspection quality and compliance awareness.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices relevant to oil and gas mechanical inspections.
  • B.S degree in Engineering in a respective inspection discipline with at least 10 years of experience in relevant inspection discipline. OR 18 years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience.
  • AWS SCWI OR CSWIP 3.2 certifications are Mandatory
  • API 510 & API 653 certifications are preferred
  • Demonstrated thorough knowledge of applicable international standards.
  • Demonstrated full working knowledge of quality system standards and methods
