The Role and Impact


As a Module Engineering PhD Intern, you will actively contribute to the development and implementation of manufacturing processes within a specific module in semiconductor manufacturing. Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree in Physics, Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated skills through academic research, coursework, or hands-on training in areas such as semiconductor processing, manufacturing equipment, or advanced materials.

  • Familiarity with process control techniques and methodologies.

  • Technical proficiency in analyzing data and identifying process optimization opportunities.


Preferred Qualifications
