The Senior Associate, Omnichannel Content Operations helps bring US brand strategies to life by translating approved brand priorities and content direction into high-quality, audience-relevant digital assets. The role creates and adapts content across channels and formats, using design, video production and approved AI-enabled tools to support consistent and efficient execution.

Working with US brand teams, creative partners and AIN content operations colleagues, the Senior Associate helps manage digital assets and publishing workflows while following brand, quality and compliance requirements, including applicable review and approval processes.

Senior Associate – Omnichannel Content Operations
Location: Hyderabad, Amgen India

Key Responsibilities: 

▪ Develop and produce digital content across formats such as social media assets, short-form video, graphics, web content, POC, EMR and multimedia materials 
▪ Adapt content for different platforms and audiences, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging 
▪ Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative text, image, and video tools) to support ideation, asset creation, and content optimization 
▪ Review and refine AI-assisted outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment 
▪ Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring proper version control and accessibility 
▪ Support content publishing workflows 
▪ Stay current on digital content trends, emerging formats, and AI capabilities 

Preferred Qualifications: 

▪ Experience using AI tools for content creation (e.g., generative AI platforms, automation tools) 
▪ Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management tools 
▪ Experience with design and video editing tools   
▪ Basic understanding of digital analytics and content performance metrics 
▪ Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments 
▪ Good working knowledge of Adobe creative tools, including AI-enabled features for content adaptation. 
▪ Familiarity with CMS, digital asset management and enterprise content workflow systems 
▪ Bachelor's degree in design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.  
▪ Relevant certifications or diplomas in design or digital content tools are a plus 
▪ Experience: 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, content production, digital asset adaptation or creative operations, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, regulated or agency environments
