Position Description: RN
The RN Charge responsibilities include:
- The Clinical Nurse III is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills.
- Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team.
- Responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information.
- Performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse. SIPP Only: Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care, assistance and supervision to a child.

Requirements:
Certifications and Licensures:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department
- Preferred Nurse Specialty
Education:
- BSN or BS Healthcare related field within 7 months of hire/promotion
- OR RN Professional Nurse Specialty Certification within 7 months of hire/promotion
Experience:
- Required: 2 years RN experience
Location: Mease Countryside Hospital
Status: Full Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours: 6:45am - 7:15pm
Weekend Work: Every Other
