SAP FICO Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team on-site, supporting financial operations . The ideal candidate brings solid functional expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FICO aligned with business processes, including joint venture operations and cost tracking.
• Handle core processes such as joint venture setup, partner configuration, billing statements, and cash call management.
• Work with finance and operations teams to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including JVA settlements and basic financial reporting.
• Configure and maintain GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Support integration between FICO and modules such as MM, PM, and PS for oil field cost tracking and AFE management.
• Provide system support, issue resolution, and end-user training for finance and accounting teams.
• Work alongside ABAP developers by providing functional input for reports and enhancements.

Assist in system upgrades and data migration activities as needed

Job requirement:

• 5+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least one full-cycle implementation.
• Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, and Cost Center Accounting configuration.
• Familiarity with SAP integration across MM, PM, or PS modules.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
