Every hiring decision is made byreal Twilions. As AI becomes a common part of how people work and prepare for opportunities, wewant to ensure our hiring process remains fair, human-centered, and integrity-driven.
This policy outlines how candidates may or may not use AI tools during our hiring process.
✅ AI Do: ❌ AI Don’t
Be Authentic: Use AI to support yourpreparation, research, or reflection, but makesure your responses and materials reflectyour own skills, experiences, and thinking. · Don’t Misrepresent: Do not submit AI-generatedcontent (text, code, portfolio, video) as your ownwork. This includes using AI to fabricate skills, credentials, or assessments.
Streamline, Don’t Substitute: AI can helpformat your resume, structure yourexperience (e.g., with the STAR method), andprovide interview prep feedback. Use it as amirror, not a mask. · Don’t Copy-Paste Answers: Avoid pastingAI-generated responses directly into applicationsor interviews. We want to understand yourperspective and thought process, not just reviewpolished language.
Be Transparent: If AI significantly shaped anypart of your application (e.g., writing samples, code, design), please disclose it. Treat it likeany other external tool or collaborator. · No Live AI Prompters: Do not use AI tools (e.g.,ChatGPT, teleprompters, voice synths) to generateor feed answers during live interviews. Thisincludes screen-sharing or hidden browser tabs.

Seek Accommodations When Needed: We’re committed to providing reasonable assistance, pleaserequest an accommodation if using AI as an accessibility aid.
✅ Acceptable Use of AI
Candidates are welcome to use AI tools as a resource for tasks like interview practice, grammarrefinement, and formatting. AI can support, but should not replace, candidates input duringassessments. If AI played a major role in generating part of a candidate’s application such as writtencontent, code, or design samples, candidates should communicate it. A simple note like “This sectionwas drafted with support from ChatGPT” is sufficient. We value candidates who think critically abouthow to incorporate AI in their work.
❌ Unacceptable Use of AI
To ensure fairness and integrity in our process, we ask candidates not to misrepresent their work.Candidates should not submit AI-generated content, whether text, code, video, or images, as if itwere fully their own. During live interviews, they should not leverage AI to generate real-timeresponses. We do not allow the use of deepfakes, avatars, or third-party agents to impersonate acandidate or complete interview tasks on candidates’ behalf. If we assign a technical or situationalassessment, candidates should complete it independently. We monitor for use of third-party tools, and unauthorized assistance may result in disqualification.
