Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager / Owner’s Representative to oversee a range of construction and property improvement projects across its portfolio.
The successful candidate will represent the ownership group throughout projects including tenant improvements, capital projects, building upgrades and other construction initiatives.
The role will also involve coordinating and overseeing external engineering and technical partners, with a focus on improving building operations, maintenance standards and overall asset performance.
You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered effectively while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Management, Owners Representation or MEP project management
- Engineering background strongly preferred; equivalent substantial experience with commercial building systems will be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading commercial tenant improvements, capital projects, major equipment replacements, and occupied-building work from scope through closeout.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial MEP systems and the ability to independently evaluate engineering and contractor recommendations and improve building performance.
