O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:
- Atuar em rotinas administrativas apoiando as atividades da área;
- Prestar suporte aos colaboradores em diferentes processos internos;
- Elaborar e atualizar planilhas e controles de informações;
- Organizar documentos e registros administrativos;
- Realizar atendimento e suporte ao cliente interno;
- Apoiar a equipe em atividades operacionais e demandas do dia a dia.
O que estamos procurando na pessoa que vai fazer parte do time:
- Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
- Organização e atenção aos detalhes;
- Proatividade e vontade de aprender;
- Comprometimento e responsabilidade com as atividades;
- Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
Além disso, é desejável conhecimento:
- Ensino Médio cursando ou concluído;
- Ter entre 15 e 22 anos;
- Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office;
- Interesse em desenvolver carreira profissional;
- Para candidatos do sexo masculino com 18 anos ou mais: possuir certificado de reservista;
- Não ter tido registro CLT ou experiência anterior como Jovem Aprendiz.
