Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize employee medical benefits and healthcare facilities.
- Coordinate with panel hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and diagnostic centers.
- Oversee medical billing, claims, invoicing, settlements, and audit compliance.
- Supervise medical records and healthcare information systems.
- Develop and update medical policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Resolve employee medical grievances and facilitate emergency/specialized treatments.
- Monitor medical expenditures and prepare monthly analytical reports.
- Negotiate corporate rates and service agreements with healthcare providers.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality of medical care.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- MBA in Health Management / Business Administration (Finance/Operations) or equivalent Master’s degree.
- MBBS or Pharm-D combined with MBA will be highly preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in a reputable hospital or large-scale corporate medical department.
- Strong experience in medical billing, claims, and healthcare operations.
- Good knowledge of Karachi’s healthcare network and hospital billing processes.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Fluent in Urdu and English.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and HMIS.
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
