The Global Journey Head, Hire & Move is a senior leader within the People & Organization Products & Experience (HR) organization, with strategic responsibility for the Hire & Move product grouping and the end-to-end employee and manager journeys it enables. The role leads the Product Owners accountable for Talent Attraction, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Internal Mobility, Global Mobility, Executive Scouting and External Workforce, ensuring journey coherence, portfolio health, disciplined investment, and value realization. This role can be based in East Hanover (US), London or Basel and is hybrid.
Key Responsibilities include: 1. Accountable for the Hire & Move product grouping. 2. Member of the People Experience Leadership Team. 3. Own the strategy for journeys enabled by the product grouping. 4. Maintain understanding of user needs. 5. Define technology portfolio plans. 6. Act as primary portfolio relationship with Expertise Hubs. 7. Lead product portfolio strategy, governance & lifecycle. 8. Own KPI and value-realization framework. 9. Ensure appropriate regulatory controls are in place.
