Assistant Visual Operations Manager-Antiques (on-site Pelham, AL)
As our Assistant Visual Operations Manager-Antiques, you'll own that full process; setting the daily workflow, resolving vendor and logistics issues before they become problems, and keeping the Antiques/White Room Warehouse running with the kind of order that makes everything downstream easier. This is a hands-on role for someone equally comfortable directing a team, inspecting a shipment, and jumping in on a showroom install or photography shoot. WHAT YOU DO
- Direct daily workflow and priorities for the Antique process, resolving logistics, vendor, and scheduling issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate inventory of all Antiques across the Pelham Warehouse and trade showrooms.
- Track antique shipments from port through arrival in Pelham.
- Update the Antique Tracker as pieces arrive and depart.
- Open, assemble, and inspect incoming antiques for presentation to the Design Team and Management.
- Manage third-party labor for Antique receiving and shipping.
- Direct day-to-day Antiques/White Room Warehouse operations, setting standards for inventory control and organization.
- Travel with the Visual Operations Manager and Visual Team to support showroom installs and inventory control.
- Support Photography, Channel Marketing projects, and special events like Garden Party and Christmas Party setup.

WHAT YOU BRING
- High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment directing daily workflow and resolving operational or logistics issues with minimal supervision.
- Experience in project or marketing management preferred.
- Warehouse or warehouse management system experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 30%, to NV, NC, TX, and GA.
- Forklift certification strongly preferred.
- Experience operating hand trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, and electric jacks preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Superior time management skills and demonstrated dedication to accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office; clear MVR/driving history required.
