Treasury Specialist - Ukraine

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

• Prepare cash flow budgets, forecasts, and reporting, tracking actuals against budget for both HQ and local finance.
• Manage outgoing and incoming payments in local and foreign currency, post bank statements, perform cash matching, and reconcile bank balances, including PSP fee reconciliation and posting.
• Execute foreign currency exchange transactions and manage liquidity to ensure sufficient funds are available while maximizing interest gains.
• Oversee currency control and compliance for overseas payments, including documentation, clearing, and currency control submissions.
• Place and manage deposits to optimize returns on available cash.
• Handle intercompany payments, recharges, and invoicing, including monthly calculations, invoicing, and accounting postings, as well as related contract management.
• Support Group Treasury activities, run HQ payment forecasts, and contribute to the oversight and maintenance of treasury policies.
• Serve as the key point of contact for banking partners, managing communications and payment system operations.
• Identify and drive automation initiatives to streamline treasury processes and enhance operational efficiency.

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in treasury, banking, finance, or accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash flow management, and foreign currency transactions.
• Experience processing bank transactions in local and foreign currency and reconciling bank balances.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and of payment documentation and compliance requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and banking payment platforms.
