Marketing Specialist, Event and Marcom

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist, Event & Marcom at NVIDIA, who will be responsible for critical thinking, leadership, and managing high-impact corporate events and coordinated marketing programs throughout the ROAP region. This role guides cross-functional teams and agency partners to create flagship events, raise brand awareness, and help achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, clear critical thinking, and extensive knowledge of event operations, AV production, power, internet/ network infrastructure, and technical production requirements, marketing communications in complex, fast-paced settings. What you'll be doing: * Lead comprehensive strategy, planning, and delivery of P0 and flagship events, ensuring alignment with global marketing and business priorities. * Act as the senior regional point of contact for HQ on event scope, priorities, budgets, timelines, and performance outcomes. * Lead and drive cross-functional teams, such as campaign, PR, creative, DMO, ETO, etc. * Coordinate complex event operations, including venue strategy, vendor selection, contract negotiations, registration frameworks, on-site execution, AV production, power, internet/ network infrastructure, and technical production requirements. What we need to see: * A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. * 5+ years of confirmed experience in event planning and marketing, with a strong background in working with event agencies and vendors. * Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-region, high-budget events and coordinated marketing programs. * Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle numerous tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English; knowledge of other ROAP languages is a plus. * Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. * Openness to travel within the ROAP region when required. * Prior experience working at an event, experiential marketing, or production agency is a strong plus.
