Quality & Patient Safety

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Quality & Patient Safety Officer.

Requirement

Graduate in Health Sciences, preferably with an MBA in Healthcare Management, along with certification in Quality Management and atleast 1–2 years of relevant experience in the Quality and Patient Safety Department of a reputed hospital. Male candidates are encouraged to apply.

Skills

• Knowledge of hospital quality & patient safety standards
• Communication & coordination with clinical and administrative staff
• Incident handling and root cause analysis skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of clinical documentation, SOPs, and infection control
