The role drives the organization's operating rhythm by establishing governance processes, portfolio prioritization, financial planning, business reviews, and program management frameworks that enable effective decision-making, cross-functional alignment, and scalable execution as HIT expands into a broader System Integration Technologies organization.

The Person:

A strategic leader with strong systems thinking who can connect technology, business priorities, investments, resources, and supplier ecosystems. The ideal candidate is a trusted executive partner with sound judgment, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex technology strategies into actionable plans and investment decisions. They bring operational rigor, drive accountability through scalable processes, influence across highly matrixed organizations without direct authority, and communicate effectively across technical and executive audiences. Success requires navigating ambiguity, making informed decisions, building organizational capabilities ahead of growth, and fostering alignment across diverse engineering and business functions.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Operations & Governance

    • Translate HIT strategy into operating plans, investments, and resource priorities.
    • Establish governance, executive reviews, decision-making processes, and organizational communications.
    • Drive cross-functional execution while managing portfolio risks, dependencies, and resource gaps.

    Portfolio & Technology Management

    • Oversee an integrated portfolio spanning advanced packaging, substrates/PCB, optics, interconnects, thermal solutions, system integration, and manufacturing readiness.
    • Align technology roadmaps, investments, resources, and readiness milestones.
    • Lead system-level reviews and governance to manage performance, cost, schedule, and supply-chain risks.

    Financial & Resource Planning

    • Own financial planning, forecasting, budgets, headcount, and investment governance.
    • Connect technology priorities to funding decisions and optimize resource allocation.
    • Provide executive reporting and visibility into investment trade-offs and risks.

    Program Management & Execution

    • Lead the Program Management organization and establish consistent planning, reporting, risk management, and accountability practices.
    • Drive critical cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful execution across teams.

    Performance & Workforce Management

    • Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics across technology, financial, workforce, and operational measures.
    • Lead workforce planning, capability development, organizational design, and talent strategies.

    Manufacturing & Ecosystem Readiness

    • Align technology development with manufacturing, supplier readiness, capacity planning, qualification, and product ramp requirements.
    • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and external suppliers to ensure execution readiness.

    Organizational Transformation

    • Scale operating models, integrate new technologies and teams, and drive organizational change as HIT evolves into a broader System Integration Technologies organization.

Preferred Experience :

  • Semiconductor, High-performance compute, AI, systems engineering, or related technology-industry experience.
  • Familiarity with advanced packaging, substrates, optics, interconnect, thermal/cooling, manufacturing technology, or semiconductor supply ecosystems.
  • Experience working across Engineering, Architecture, Product, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Business Operations, Chief of Staff, strategy, consulting, or technology program leadership experience.
