You’ll explore open questions about how Retool’s resource platform should evolve, own building 0-1 features with partners to accelerate the product, and create an experience that feels cohesive rather than like a collection of individual integrations. You’ll need to understand the core product, identify where customers are struggling, and determine whether the right solution is something we build, partner on, or approach differently altogether. You’ll work closely with customers, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to translate emerging needs into durable platform capabilities.
