Junior Relationship Manager at BVZH Bank Vontobel in Lugano / Via Ferruccio Pelli 1 focuses on Are you passionate about the financial world?. For our Private Clients Division covering Italian speaking clients, we are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Junior Relationship Manager.
What would your role be?
Develop your own client network of HNWI / UHNWI clients in the Italian speaking market.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects by providing recommendations that encompass multiple products and services.
Develop in-depth understanding of client’s needs, preferences and overall wealth and be responsive to the changes in the business environment or clients’ needs.
Effectively manage a book of clients and act as a relationship lead accountable for the clients’ experience.
Leverage specialists, service officers and other expert resources to ensure the integrated delivery of investment fiduciary, credit, and banking solutions.
Build relationships with internal and external sales referral partners and identify new business development opportunities.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry with a track record of developing a book of clients.
Being able to build strong relationships and attract new clients for the Italian speaking market.
A good network of potential clients.
A client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills.
A team player who can work under pressure.
Highly motivated and with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Fluency in Italian and English and effective communication skills. Knowledge of German would be an asset.
