### Must have:

### - Proven experience delivering Microsoft Agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments. - Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Foundry. - Strong understanding of multi-agent architectures, MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI governance. - Experience integrating AI solutions with Workday. - Experience defining AI operating models and governance frameworks. - Ability to engage with senior business and technology stakeholders. - Strong consulting and customer-facing skills. - Banking or Financial Services experience is desirable. - Microsoft AI certifications are desirable. - Experience with enterprise security, compliance, and risk frameworks is desirable. - Experience leading AI transformation programmes is desirable.

Responsibilities:

- Define enterprise architecture for Microsoft Copilot and agentic AI solutions. - Design scalable multi-agent architectures using Copilot Studio and Azure AI services. - Establish integration patterns between the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and Workday. - Design MCP and A2A communication frameworks for collaborative AI agents. - Define AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI controls. - Lead technical discovery workshops with business and technology stakeholders. - Provide architectural oversight throughout solution delivery. - Support knowledge transfer, solution adoption, and operational readiness. - Collaborate with enterprise architects, security teams, and product owners.

We are hiring an AI Engineer/AI Architect based in Bristol, Leeds, or Manchester, with 2 days onsite required.
