  • Develop change management strategies, stakeholder communications, and enablement materials to support global adoption.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), user adoption metrics, and project outcomes, providing regular reporting to leadership.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Business Units, Deal Desk, and IT teams to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process standardization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall quote-to-cash and rebate management experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Solid history of project or program management experience within Sales Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Model N, Vendavo, and Vistex, including implementations, upgrades, or enhancement projects.
  • Deep understanding of quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes and rebate/incentive management programs.

  • Strong change management, Agile delivery, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience leading business process transformation and automation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements related to pricing, rebate, and approval workflows.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to effectively collaborate with Asia-based teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
